Founded by the late broadcast legend Howard L. Green, the Green Family Foundation provides a pathway to hope for individuals and families looking to break unhealthy cycles and lead more fulfilled lives.

Growing up as the son of Salvation Army officers, Howard L. Green witnessed the power of giving back first-hand. During his robust career in broadcast media, he dedicated much of his life to philanthropy, launching the Howard L. Green Foundation in 1999.

After Howard's death in 2002, his brothers continued his legacy as The Green Family Foundation, providing opportunities for individuals in need. Over the years, they have donated to more than 200 organizations throughout the United States who share the foundation’s vision.

Today, Howard's legacy continues with his brother and nieces. They are maintaining Howard's original vision while adapting to the changing needs of society. The Green Family Foundation seeks to build lasting relationships with organizations aligned with their guiding principles.
